Return Policy
Cards:
Cards are a paper product, and as such, as subject to damage and fading. Therefore, the return policy is limited to 10 days. If you receive a damaged product from shipping, please contact us right away, and we will send you a replacement. You will need to return the damaged product, as well as the packaging that it arrived in. If you are for whatever reason unhappy with your product, simply return it to us within 10 days for a full refund. Send us a message to inform us that you are returning your product, and the reason why.

Q: Why do you use PayPal to process your orders?
A: Paypal is a safe and secure method of payment processing. It allows us not only the ability to accept major credit cards, but if you have a paypal account, you can pay with other methods as well.
Q: Why Abnormal cards?
A: Abnormal Greetings was developed to be something different than the standard greeting card. We feel that greeting cards need to reflect the personality of the sender, and put a smile on the face of the receiver. These were designed with a differnt card buyer in mind. One who would never buy a card with a flower or cute animal on it.
Q: Do you need freelance greeting card writers?
A: Not at the moment. We are a young company, just starting out. Our work is done inhouse with our photographers and writers currently on staff.
Q: I don't see any retail stores listed near me. When are you coming to my area?
A: We are currently searching for retailers in all parts of the country. If you have a specific location in mind, please send us their information, or have them contact us directly.
